Today, I have a fun review for you guys! I purchased the E.L.F and Nabela Noor Lip Cocktail collab from my local Ulta. The kit includes a gorgeous nude-pink liquid lipstick and matching lip liner, both in the shade Maira.
I love Nabela! I’ve followed her Youtube and Instagram for a long time. It’s so exciting to see a Bangladeshi-American receive such a great opportunity! And fun fact, she named the shade Maira, in honor of her sister, who’s been a huge support to her.
The packaging is super cute, simple and elegant. The tube of the lipstick is clear with simple white flowers, just like a mehndhi (henna) design! The lip liner has a rose gold background with the mehndhi designs. So pretty!
Back to the shade, I love this! I’m not really a big lip liner girl, but this shade looks so natural and glides on smoothly. The liquid lipstick is the same shade, and both of them together are just the perfect combination, or as their name states, ‘lip cocktail’.
This combination lasts a really long time. I’ve worn them through an 8 hour workday, plus an entire day at an apple orchard. It lasted through my drinking and eating. It did fade slightly, but not enough to where I would need to reapply it.
