My Favorite Romantic Bollywood Songs (Videos)

Hello beautiful people!

Lately, I’ve been in a very nostalgic, yet romantic mood…not sure why, might be the Moscato, but I don’t mind it. I’ve shared some of my favorite Bollywood songs before, check it out here, but these ones are for you guys who might like some more romance in your life. Bollywood is dramatic and a lot of the music videos that accompany the songs are like a daydream. You don’t need to know the language to love it, fun fact: I don’t. I might’ve grown up listening to Hindi, but I don’t know any. Weird, but sometimes you don’t need to exactly ‘understand’, you just feel it.

  1. Humko Humise Chura Lo – Mohabbatein

The synopsis of this is the main actor, Shahrukh Khan, lost his love, the gorgeous woman played by Aishwarya Rai. She had passed away, and the three couples we see through the video are people who he wants to help fall in love. It’s from a really nice, romantic movie called Mohabbatein.

2. Jaage Jaage – Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai

This song is very underrated. In the movie, it’s basically about a boy and girl who grew up as best friends, and the girl ends up meeting and becoming engaged to another man. This particular song is a date with the girl and the man she’s supposed to be marrying. Halfway through, you see her bestie daydreaming that he was on the date with her. I’m telling you, Bollywood movies are full of drama. I really like the song, the vibe, the way the video is done. It’s just so gorgeous, also I’m a Jimmy Shergill fan, so I can’t help but love the song!

3. Thoda Sa Pyar Hua Hai – Maine Dil Tujhko Diya

Honestly, I’ve never seen this movie. I just fell in love with the song and the video. If you like romance, the desert, and cute outfits, check it out.

4. Pehle Kabhie Na Mera Haal – Baghban

Never saw this movie either, but this is such a cute song/video! The actors, Salman Khan and Mahima Chaudhary did a great job! It’s slightly more upbeat than the previous ones I mentioned.

5. Hai Mera Dil Churake Le Gaya – Josh

This movie has my ultimate favorite actress, Aishwarya Rai, she was also in the first song mentioned. This song is just cute and sweet! In the movie, Josh, her brother is in a gang and the guy she likes in the video, is actually the brother of her brother’s enemy. Listen, you just gotta watch these movies, there’s so much drama and amazing songs. But no drama in this song…well till the end when one of her brother’s biker gang members sees her hanging out with the enemy.

I hope you guys enjoyed these! Let me know which was your favorite or if you have another favorite Bollywood song!
