July 4th OOTD

Hello everyone!

I hope you guys are having a great 4th! I wanted to share what I wore. Also, I love seeing everyone wearing basically the same colors, it’s like we’re all in “uniform”.

I’m wearing a red tank top and dark denim vest from Forever 21. I decided to wear black leggings because it was going to rain, and some navy vans. I went with pearls for my white.

That’s about it! Hope you guys enjoyed and had a great 4th of July!

Fun and Summery OOTD

Hello everyone!

I’ve been posting a lot of ootd’s, but I love doing them! Today’s look is a fun and summery look. Follow me on instagram @amandasushma to see more looks!

I wore a white dress with black stripes that was from the brand Mudd, which I purchased in the clearance section of Kohl’s for about $7. Yes, your heard that correctly. Check your clearance section people!

I paired it with an olive button-up from American Eagle. I like tying it up to add a little something to the outfit. I also like wearing it open sometimes, for a more casual look. I finished the look off with American Eagle (not the clothing store) shoes from Payless.

Hope you guys liked it!

Denim and Crochet: Summer OOTD

Hello everyone!

I hope you’re all having a great day! I wanted to share one of my favorite casual, yet dressy summer looks with you guys! Also, follow me on instagram @amandasushma to see more outfits and makeup looks!

I LOVE my off white crochet skirt from Charlotte Russe. I actually found it in the clearance section for about $7, which is a steal. It’s so cute! I love pairing it with my denim shirt from Hollister.

The shirt is super old and has been washed so much, it has that denim to bleach effect. I personally like that look because it just looks super chill.

I love pairing this dressy skirt, with my casual top. I paired it with a white tank top and black sandals. Hope you guys like it!

Surprise Place for Petite Women’s Pants

Hello everyone!

This post is for my petite girls, all my short ladies. I have had so much trouble trying to find dress pants that fit. All the stores I tried either didn’t have my size, the pants were too long, or just too big in general. I really don’t want to pay for a tailor right now, so that’s not an option. What’s a girl to do?

And yes, I did try the petite sections in different stores. A lot of them didn’t fit right or they were just too expensive…$75 for pants, I don’t think so.

My mom went out with me and dragged me into the LITTLE GIRLS section of Kohl’s. Yes, the little girls section friends. And guess what? I FOUND PANTS.

Now, it’s not what I thought my future would look like, but I had a lot more options in the kids section, rather than juniors or regular adults. The juniors section didn’t have many options. It had only boot cut pants. To be honest, I don’t like the boot cut style for dress pants, so I avoided those.

I purchased these pants for $27 and they’re from the brand Chaps. For a size comparison, I’m usually a U.S 0/1, which is like 24/25 inches. In the kid size, I’m a size 12. They actually had quite a few options and didn’t look like kids pants.

I just wanted to share this tidbit of information for any of my fellow petite people struggling to find pants that fit right. Hope I helped! And remember, as long as no one knows that it’s kids pants, is it really kids pants?

Fall Trend: Thigh-High Suede Boots and Ankle Boots

Hello all!

Today, I wanted to talk about the season’s best trend ever: Thigh-high suede boots. I absolutely love this look! I recently just purchased a pair from Forever 21’s website, when they were doing a 20% off. I also purchased their gold zippered ankle boots! Check out my video to get the details!

Thank you for watching!

OOTD: Tan Summer Dress

Hello everyone!

I wanted to share my favorite dress with you guys! It’s is a faux suede, light brown dress. I bought it from TJ Maxx and it’s from the brand Sage. I love that it’s sleeveless and has a mock turtleneck.

I love the designs on this dress, they give a bohemian/tribal type of feel.

I pair this dress either with black booties or black sandals. Hope you guys enjoyed!

Faux Suede Cap

Hello everyone!

Recently, I’ve been really into the hats, specifically baseball caps. I really like the suede and leather looking ones, so I thought that I would try them out. I purchased a fake suede cap from Amazon and I absolutely love it!

It’s from the store Funky Junque and I paid $14.03 for it. I really like how it looks. Just so you know it’s obviously fake suede, it’s 100% polyester. It has the “suede look” though. I have a really small head, and the velcro strap adjusts very well for it. The lines at the top of the hat separate it into six sections.

Overall, I really love this hat and the cute looks it can help me create. Also, it’s perfect for when you don’t feel like washing your hair. I hope you guys enjoyed and if you have any comments or questions, feel free to ask down below.

GRWM Girl’s Night Out

Makeup + OOTD

Hello everyone!

Today, I’m heading out for a casual hangout with some friends. I thought that I would share my simple outfit and easy makeup look. Hope you guys enjoy!

First, I applied Garnier Moisture Rescue Refreshing Gel-Cream, to moisturize my skin. Then, I used the NYX Pore Filler around and on my nose.  The “before” is with both of those two products on. The foundation I used was the L’Oreal Infallible Pro-Matte Foundation, in the color Caramel Beige.

Next, I had to work on my awful dark circles. I color-corrected with the lipstick Chaos, from NYX. If you have no idea why I did that, click here. After I massaged it in with my fingers, I applied my Benefit Cosmetics Boi-ing Concealer, which is in Shade 02- Light to Medium. The difference is amazing!

After that, I just did what was left.

  • Brows: NYX’s Tame and Frame: Tinted Brow Pomade in Black
  • Liner: Wet N’ Wild’s Mega Liner in Black Sparkle
  • Mascara: Clinique’s High Impact Mascara in Black.
  • Powder: Ben Nye’s Luxury Powder in Banana
  • Blush: Clinique Chubby Stick Cheek Colour Balm in 02 Robust Rhubarab
  • Lips: ColourPop’s Ultra Matter Lip in Beeper

My outfit is really simple. Just a white tank, with a patterned cardigan from Charlotte Russe, black jeans from Target, and cute ankle boots from Wet Seal.

Spring, Summer, and Fall Fashion Must-Have: Denim Jean Jacket

Hello there!

Today, I wanted to share one of my favorite fashion must-haves: a denim jean jacket. I love this because you can pair it with a variety of outfits and it just gives it a whole different look! It’s also perfect because you can wear it for spring, summer, and fall! It’s like a basic white t-shirt, it goes well with almost anything! Also, sorry in advance for my awkward posing…

In the spring and fall, I typically wear it with black leggings or jeans, with a white shirt underneath. Sometimes a pop of color also looks pretty good with the jean jacket.

Jean Jacket Spring and Fall

In the summer, I typically wear dresses. I love pairing my jean jacket with them because it adds a more casual/relaxed look to them. It literally goes with any color dress! The only dress I would stay away from is a denim looking dress that looks like the same material/color of the denim jacket. Too matchy-matchy isn’t a good thing.

Jean Jacket Summer

I just wanted to share this little fashion staple because we’re right in summer and fall is coming up! Why not have something you can reuse for each season? Jean jackets are so versatile.

Hope you guys enjoyed this! Let me know what piece of clothing/accessory you like to wear for multiple seasons!

Thanks so much for reading!
